Nelvir ‘TOTC’ (Tootsie) Co is a Filipino artist who has been expressing himself creatively in different ways for the past twenty years. He is a member of the “Black Artists of Asia” – a group that gathers the most prominent artists from the Visayas region in the Philippines. Totc started his career in music and painting but after many struggles of not being able to express everything through these mediums he started welding and making outdoor and indoor sculptures, as well as functional art like candelabras and furniture from scrap wood.
